Hello All,
I just bought an X-Chip, I installed it and I got the Cromwell BIOS screen.
I attempted to load alternate BIOSes to the banks using X-Control but when I try to boot to any of the BIOSes my Xbox frags.
The BIOSes I have attempted to install are the Xecutor 1, Xecutor 2 and Evox.
All 3 BIOSes are 256 in size.
I did get a hold of the Evox 1.0 which is 4 Mb. and installed it using the "Load Raw" feature of X-Control and was able to boot to it.
Why is it that I can't install alternate BIOSes (256 Kb.) using the right-click "Load BIOS" on the individual banks but I CAN load the full 4Mb. bin using "Load Raw"?
I did go through the topics but I could not find my particular scenario.

you should update your signature to let us know things like what version xbox you have. the bios you're using may not be compatable. look at other people's signature to get an idea _________________ XBOX360
