hmm i donno what happend i put in a 80gig hard drive in soo long ago and now its showing me error number 7...what does it mean??

It sounds like your HD is timing out. Check connections to the drive and to the motherboard. If problem still persists, try a new IDE cable.

If problem still persists, and you still have your stock HD, put in your stock HD and see if problem still persists. If it doesn't, I would say your 80GB HD took a dump. If it does, I would say that the connection port at the motherboard is boogered up somehow or some other motherboard problem has cropped up.
