I was installing the UnleashX dashboard with SID 4.5, but when I got to the end and it says 'You must turn off your xbox to finish installation' I turned it off and now it says 'Call Customer Support' and theres a nice big 13 in the top left corner. Any help please?

Load the game you used for the exploit and re-do the softmod. A file may have been corrupted in the install. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

thanks for trying to help but ive tried installing and uninstallling the mod but still no luck. Any other ideas?

Looks like the gamesaves are corrupt. Enter back into the softmod menu and restore the m$dash. If that doesn't work you will have to do a hotswap (check the tutorials or find pirrup) .
Also get AID3. SID3.1 and 4.5 are packaged in it. You will find it in the tools folder of AID. AID has other tools you will find usefull.
Transfer the new gamesaves to your xbox and try it again. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

When you restarted the xbox after the softmod. have you turned the cd out of the cd tray ( start with eject when it says restart xbox, than you need to turn the cd out of the tray, bey quick )
