Ok i have call of Duty Big red One, and I am trying to copy it over to Hard drive from CD. All of the files copy but when I reach the main screen where it says press start it freezes. I have DVD2Xbox latest version.

try clearing your E:\cache file out and reboot _________________

run enigmah video switcher ... so do this
clean ur e/cache , x y z and then run enigmah video switcher then click B a couple of times then IGR then go to dvd2xbox and try runnin game from the game list and it should work ...
btw i think uhave sid 4.0 and u should also get the latest dvd2xbox .... _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

Is there anyway to clear the cach without ftping...just on the box, or do you have to ftp.

well do u have unleash x? u just need to file manager or file explore it and look for E/cache .... DO NOT delete the WHOLE FOLDER... just the content of the e/cache and for that u dont need to ftp... however its very simple and anyone should get into it .. everyone was a nOOb man so dont worry.... get aid 3 its very useful and u need enigmah ntsc to pal video switcher... just in case e/cache doesnt work.... u can ftp the stuff but i think aid 3 is easier...

gus im sure its not a video problem, and what does it matter what it was softmodded with, its modded and just need to clear out whats in the E\Cache\ folder _________________

Perhaps X, Y and Z cache partitions should be cleared as well as E:\cache ?
I friend of mine copied the game onto a v1.6 PAL xbox with SID 4.5, and it ran fine no patches, cracks etc.
BTW, we used DVD2XBOX 0.7.4 to rip it, cleared caches (as always) rebooted, launched thru avalaunch, and it worked fine.

because sid 4.0 causes some game play back problems on ntsc users... some very small amount of numbers... cod2 forza and couter strike..... theirs more but i cnat think of any others... oh yea dbz sagas as well
thats why i was wondering what softmod ver he has.....
but yea i would run enigmah video switcher and then clearing ur e/cache and then re run throught dvd2xbox from the game list.....
video problem???? hellblazer55? no enigmah video switcher is a ntsc to pal re fresh eeprom ... its completly harmless and what it does it just re freshes the eeprom ... some xbox games look @ eeprom... as told by nknave ... so thats why this app helps.... as had some playback issues as well and rand it and problem fix _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition
