can i flash the original xbox bios and what is the pros and the cons

What version Xbox do you have. If it's not a 1.6 you can flash the TSOP but it's a convoluted and not recommended process.
Easiest way is to install modchip and flash it.

heuy tagerg,
Some tips:
1. If you flash your MAINBOARD (TSOP) XBOX BIOS and it doesnt flash 100% your xbox will not work.
2. You will have to install a modchip if your TSOP FLASH doesnt go like it should so you can try to get it back to original.
3.If you flash your TSOP you cannot play XBOX LIVE at all!
