If you have the XDK you should have the iso in the bundle to make the recovery disk. That's all I can tell you, it's part of the kit.

If you have the Xbox SDK, you can find all the steps for setting it up here.

However, as you probably know, we cannot help you obtain the XDK, so you're on your own there.
