alright heres the deal. i just installed my softmod using the splinter cell exploits. i backed up my eeprom and everything. I then tried to make an iso CD using xbhdm i ftp'd the C:/ and E:/ drives to my computer along with my eeprom and i inserted them in the correct linux files inside the xbhdm . i disconnected all my hard drives and plugged in the new one. I booted up my computer and selected it to boot from cd rom. i restarted and inserted my ISO CD. bam!!! nothing happens no xbhdm screen or anything. is there any other files that i need to add to this iso? do i need to make a certain ISO CD. I made a bootable disc??? my buddy and i have tried on mine and his computer and we get the same result. I need a pros help!!! i read the manual for the xbhdm just as it said but im not sure what im missing??? please help. i need to get that larger drive inside my xbox

One thing to make sure, is that you burn the iso as an image, not just as a data disk and put the iso onto it, not sure if this is what you did or not, but it's a pretty common problem. Otherwise I would check in your computer bios settings for the boot priority. In here make sure the cd-rom is the primary boot drive. _________________

yeah i did use make-iso-win. i've done everything...somethings gotta be out of order

What speed did you burn your iso? I always use dvd decrypter 1x and verify box checked. _________________ XBOX V1.4
