en ways ya it works now
what i did was i turned it off waited 15min and reset the router and modem and everything and now it work perfectly thanks nkave for the help my problem was here thread was here

nvm to what i said b4, ok now i really understand what my problem was b4 so if you cant connect to xbox live cause it says "start troubleshooter" or "xbox live not responding" its cause you need to go into the settings of the dashborad you installed with the ndure open=retail option (either Evox or Unleahed) and change the ip setting there so it is configured correctly with your router then live should work, if not then ask nkave or other admins or go here:
