Was wondering if some one can help me find or invite me to a Grouper Clan.

Well since you have gotten your xbox from MODGOD you certainly wont have any issues.. Many of our members here still are running the setup they purchased from MG many many moons ago.. lol
Anyway, when you say clans?? Do you mean gaming online?
If you do go and check out this..
Whenever you are going to play online you just setup your own tournament so that others can see it.. Then members can join your games etcetc and play online.
anyway, apart from that i hope im on the right track

No I was talking about the sharing P2P client. At the time I asked I was not knowledgable enough to know what I was asking. Since I have already learned several things
Grouper and sharing Xbox Backups
FTP'ing to the Xbox using a network and PC (used UltraFXP )
Backing up my games using DVD2XBOX program
and last XBconnect for XBOX live for FREE !!

XLINK kai has many more members online now.. Basically same setup as XBCONNECT but you cn run the rooms directly on your xbox using XBMC..
I use XLINK alot.. I used to use XBC but since i noticed XLINK you can tell the difference.. I was just looking then and only 27 hosts playing halo 2 on XBCONNECT whilst on XLINK there are 281 hosts. lol
