ok i have this problem that i've been trying to get answered for the longest time but maybe i've posted in the wrong forum but so i was guilded here for maybe an answer....here's my problem i was able to softmod the xbox with no problem what so ever and i use the expliot "SID.007.AUF.v2.0" to modify i......like i said before everything worked fine at first whenever i want to delete music i just restore the original MS settings and bam i have my original dash back
i didn't have this problem till i played Land of the Dead and xbox live tried to sign on "Automaticlly" i don't have an account with xbox live so i have no use for it but now when i restore my M$ Dashboard i get this xbox automatic update crap that i didn't ask for and once it can't update i get this error
"Xbox Live is not responding please try again later"
and no matter how many times i push ok i can't go back that error just keeps on coming back not allowing me to get to my dashboard is there any way that i can get my original dashboard back??
sorry for the autobiography of a post but i wanted to be as clear as possible if im going have this problem with xbox live i rather just leave my system unmodded......thanks
the expliot again is SID.007.AUF.v2.0

try booting a original game (exploit game) and reinstall softmod
but use sid3 instead sid2
psif you can't boot any gmaes anymore you will need to hotswap
