I loaded AID 2.1 to a DVD-r. Prepped my chip with the evox bios and then threw in the disc.Didnt want to format my drives cuz i have game saves and xbox live. But i installed the Avalaunch Dash perfectly and i was moving onto apps and emus. I wnet to install surreal64 and all i get is an error. Sometimes the error is blank and other times is says stuff about unable to unzip files. Help would be greatly appreciated

Unzip files? Did you unrar the files and update the iso? I have never heard that before. Maybe you did a bad burn. I would redo the whole thing, make sure you update the iso with anything that you want and burn the new iso at the slowest speed. If you're using DVD Decrypter to burn the iso, click on verify after burn.
