How do i backup my eeprom and my E drive, i have Evox as my Dash. Is Maxtor HDs the best choice to use on my xbox?

in evox is system utulities menu you find the option backup
after backup use a ftp program to connect to your xbox and move the eeprom backup and E backup to your pc. _________________ HOTSWAP | MS dash |

OK, i understand sytem, utilites, and back. Now where are theses files located at exactly on my xbox HD?

ok, i found the files, and now i just drag them into the correct folder right. I have one question. Lets say i burn the iso disc, with my eeprom back, and all my other back ups from my xbox. But, i want to upgrade the harddrive on another xbox, do i have to make a backup of thier eeprom,c, and e drive and burn the iso all over again, or can i just use the same iso burn disc that i used to upgrade my hard drive on my xbox

Using the same iso will use the eeprom from your box. You'll have to make a new iso using your friend's eeprom. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

you need the eeprom from that xbox.
a softmodded xbox needs a locked hd (locked with the eeprom from the xbox)

I locked my HD and it boots up normaly, but i cant go under network settings on my MS dash, some games wont even play on my new HD, when i have the softmod, or my MS dash. Can someone help me.
