If you search around and read some posts, you'll see that your most of your questions have already been asked and answered. Just takes some time. You can't rush into it or else you mess your box up. There are plenty of tutorials to help you get on the right track.

There is a game save resigner on the internet. It won't work on live (seeing you want to Auto Aim on Halo 2) but it will resign it for your box.

Action replay's or notorious for corrupting. The actual memory card corrupts after a while and will need to be sent in to them for repair or replacement. Pretty much every game save put on the card will be corrupt untill sent in. That happened to me a little while ago and I got my new one and it works great. _________________ XBOX- V1.0

i'm the one helping him out, but it seems that his memory card is broken, or too old, an it is an original M$.
i don't use original M$ and it still works, but for him it doesn't, and i did link him to all tools he needed, and taught him how to build his own xbox to usb controler, to do this. this is how i got mine working.
