Ok, i softmodded my Xbox about a month ago, I did it with splinter cell and SID. And now it seems as if my original Xbox dashboard is now gone, even though i backed it up. Now my friend found the file that seemed to be the dashboard and tried to restore it, it completely messed his Xbox up. He can still play games , but now he has no dashboard of any kind. I was wondering if anyone could send me a file to get back my original dash, or help me out in some way, it would be greatly appreciated.

Jeesh- you said you tried to restore it? Have you tryed the A.I.D disc's?
they have the dash and such.
