ok guys heres the story.
i had unleashed X on my xbox no probs...i tried this softwear AID 2.0 on my xbox had it in there all set up runnin i followed the insturctions my first reformat i reformatted and like rebooted BIG MISTAKE i found out later that you cant do that you have to immediatly install the damn MS DASH!!! so now im screwed i turn it on and theres an error # 13 so i cant do ne thing cept play games on there and i cant play live... ive tried everyting savin stuff to teh memory disk and stuff and its just not workin like my Dashboard is GONE!
So i am up for ne suggestions how to fix this. is there like a game or a download like AID to fix this? it wont load like burned stuff ne more...im such a noob and this is gonna cost me 80 bucks to send it in but i wanted to ask for suggestions first
Also if i were to buy a mod chip would that fix it ? i hear that you can buy a mod chip after you funk it up and still fix this...if so what brand should i buy and remember im lookin for cheap i want this stuff fixed w/ the minimal cost so could some on PLEASE help i would be so greatful...

Hi Ben,
Your XBOX is always recoverable.. It sonds like you need to installer a modchip.. Then you can boot AID2 again and reinstall everything.
The reason why you got that error it becasue you formatedd the XBOX hDD but it doesnt have a chip so you will get this error.
If you had formatted and then reinstalled M$ dashboard you would be fine but unfotunately you have made a error.
So, Either try a SOFTMOD HDD recover using your pc and this tutorial:
thanks man i will try it hey where do i get the latest ms dash? is it on the xboxhdm?? and do i burn it to a DVD on image thing and try it like i did w/ the AID package?? cuz i read the insturctions and i didnt quite understand it...

where can I download this file??? it's a zip or waht extension it has, cuase I already look on the Auto-Instaler-Deluxe-2.02.ISO and there's a lot of dashes but I don't know what file I have to copy, can you tell me please the name of the file I have to put on the xboxhdm??? or "exactly" what I have to copy to the c folder????
