Hi All

I had issues with burning xbox games as they didn't play for long or wouldn't boot at all. Embarassed I would continually get a message dirty or damaged disc. Idea Tried different brands and types of media without any luck. Idea Tried burning at slower speeds and using different software. Tried that many things that the kids can now take enough dvd's to school for the whole class to make fish, well not quite that many. Idea As a last resort I brought a new dvd burner that's bloody brilliant.
I give a big thumbs up for NEC Wink

Just thought I'd share that bit of info.

i just got a new NEC 16x8x16 DVD+/- RW DL and i have to say i fell in love with it Razz although it didn't come with the latest firmware and i had to get it myself

Cactus is was, updated the firmware pulled the hair out for a while then it was lites out for the Lite-on it dvd. Had a read of a few reveiws, tossed a little over the nec and pioneer, after the toss the nec 3520 held it's head high.
