I am stuck at an error 21 screen with my Xecuter SP.ice chip and was wondering how to fix it... it was working for about 2 months now and just stopped, but it has been acting strangely lately (not turning on!) but it is turning on now, then i go to launch my default BIOS or EVOX BIOS and it just comes to error 21... any help is appreciated

It can't be the D0.
He's getting the Xenium Ice XOS screen, so that means the chip is booting.
His issue is when he selects the bios to boot, he gets error 21. If the D0 was bad, he would just get the error immediately, or would get a regular booting Xbox depending if his HD is locked or unlocked.
Sounds to me like your dashboard files are corrupt.
I would boot an installer, reformat the C drive, then reinstall MS Dash and Evox or whatever dash you use.
If that doesn't work, let me know.

I see the word "launch my default bios" I think, push power button so chip is not enabled....silly me.
