Ok heres the story .. I tried to softmod my xbox and obviously didnt do somthing right. Now everytime I turn my xbox on without a game inside it or with the disk tray open. A message comes up sying its updating something and then it says cannot connect to xbox live please try again later ... my only option is to click ok whick takes me back to updating.... The only thing I can do is boot games like the 007 ... however when I try to go to load misson .. the Hdd .. it says no missions found or somthing like that. Please help! I would like to know how to either get the softmods all the way off and back to normal or get it back softmodded... DID I TOAST MY XBOX!?

I was thinking that it might be another hotswap situation but I wasn't sure.

I think i need to do a hotswap to fix my drive, but i cant seem to find the lastest MS dash you speak of in the tutorial. I backed up my drive when i started softmodding, but i can't get into the drive to get anything and can;t seem to find anywhere to d'load a ms dash.
