Hey guys, I'm back. I want to thank all of you for your support during the first stage of what's going to be a loooooong battle. My main goal was completed which was to make sure that the asshole went to jail for laying his hands on my son. He's going to be in there for awhile, I made sure of that. I just contacted some of my old friends down at NYPD HQ and told them what was going on. They took care of the rest.
Again thank you all for your support and words of wisdom. I was a bit hotheaded when I left and could have made the biggest mistake of my life, but I read the replies again and it drove me to do the right thing. My son is fine and with my mom now. All I need to do is get the courts to allow me to bring him to Florida with me and then I will have no more worries. You guys rule. Thanks. _________________

Good to hear it man, its better to have your buddies make sure the guys at the local jail know what he is in for. Bubba and pals could do a lot more long term damage than you would be able to, and you would have been in there t boot.
Just remember, "The Fish" is going to get what he deserves in the house. Just make SURE they let his cell mates know. Thats key. His cornhole will never be the same.....also he might not have teeth anymore.

He's in for a very bumpy ride. I also know some of my ex brother-in-laws friends in there that are serving time and know my son that owe me favors. They are not very happy about this. I will be updated twice a week as to what is going on. The warden is a very close family friend and he doesn't tolerate that shit. His first words to me were " he will never touch another kid again". I'm glad this part is over.
Now I have to let my son know that he is safe, until I can get him here with me. _________________
