Hi, I'm really new to this stuff. I have a softmodded Xbox without a modchip with a replaced harddrive of 80gigs. I was wondering if I can completely format the whole harddrive and do a clean install of the selected software from AID2. Will this ruin my Xbox or not? Also which BIOS should I choose and will I need anything other than a burned AID2 cd to completely format and reinstall everything, including BIOSs and all?

If you really Know what your doing
then you could be ok, I wouldn't
bother to risk it myself.

You basically answered your own question..
I wouldnt bother doing it since you dont seem to be that confident about it.. If you spend some time using AID2 before you format and read up on the manual i dont see why it wont work for you..
