thank you very much forahobby, the tutorial saved me, i had no idea the xbox unlocked the HD even if it was still returning "servie error". working great with my new 80gig harddrive now, and im lovin it. now i just got to find somethin to do with this 8 giger. thanks everyone

that is the best use you can get
out of it.
