I have all the necessery files for the AUF softmod, a brand new memory card and a modded xbox. Exactly where on the modded xbox do I put the savegame(after i've unzipped it). And how do I transfer it from there to my memory card. Ive tried different things and cant seem to figure it out, how do I know if my memory card is working as ive seen no sign of it on my xbox anywhere yet. Im using Unleash X as a dash and have access to all the other dash's if needed. Please help. _________________ Q."Are you happily married"?

You need to go to the saves maneger and copy the save to the memory card.

If you have a mod xbox then why do you want to install AUF savegame hack into your modded xbox.

Why would I want to mod my modded xbox! I want to put the AUF exploit onto the hd then transfer it to my memory card so then I can softmod my friend's NON modded xbox. You need to take the numbered folder that is inside the UDATA folder that appears after the file is unzipped, and FTP that numbered folder and you put that inside your E:\UDATA folder on your xbox, where the rest of your gamesaves are located. Then, in unleashX, you go into gamesaves manager and find the MechAssault gamesave, make sure it says run linux, and hit A and it'll bring up the copy menu and from there you copy it to the memory card. After that it's cake. You take that memory card to your unmodded box, and go into memory on the MS Dash and make sure you move over and highlight the gamesave, not just the game icon, and it'll bring up a copy menu. I may have overexplained the process, but I wanted to make sure I covered every basis.
Also try to be patient with people, sometimes things aren't quite understood, but it happens.

your original post didn't state anything about why you needed a mem card with the softmod files. he was just making sure you weren't a fucking idiot.

It wasn't excactly hard to work out I dont want to mod my modded xbox. The other members managed to work it out.
