I softmodded my xbox and my brother deleted the cache on unleashX and now we cant go to the dashboard and get #13 Call Customer Support as a message. How can I fix this? I also deleted the linux hack.

im no softmod expert but since you have deleted the gamesave hack files from your xbox you will have to reinstall them.. Otherwise you will just continue to get this error..
DO you have another xbox with a modchip fitted so you can install the hdd into it and then use the AID (SID) to install the softmod files again??
Theres a little bit of mucking around i believe but you will be able to get it working.
If you had a modchip fitted and installed it would boot the AIdeluxe and allow you to reinstall stuff immediately..

If it were my machine here is what I would do. Softmodding is cool and a great alternative to buying a mod chip, but as you just noticed it is not the most stable mod around. If you take one wrong move your machine will not boot.
I would purchase a mod chip. Install the mod chip and flash it with the appropriate bios that coincided with your Xbox version and HD size. Next, reformat the C drive and reinstall MS Dash and then your EvoX or other dash that you prefer.
Now, if you accidently screw up a file your machine will still boot and you will be able to boot an installer to do your repair. IMHO the mod chip is the way to go, now if you are much more advanced then softmodding is cool, but if more than one person uses the machine then the best thing to do is mod chip. You cannot rely on everyone else also having the same skill as you and people always have to experiment with stuff.
You dont know how many machines I get to repair because a friend or family member did something to someone's machine.
