I have a chipped Xbox with 2 hdd on it a 80 gb western digital and a 20gb maxtor. I chipped one of my friends Xbox and prepared the 20gb on it + I copied his original c and e to it. The Hdd wouldn t work. Then i tried to plug my 80 gb straight to it and it worked. My question is are there different compatibilities between different version of Xbox Motherboards? Question Question

is the HDD locked? Did you use AID to prepare the drive?

I did install it with AID and no it s not locked. I just don t get it.
