hey guys, trust me when it comes to noobees im definetly it..ok listen, ive been at this modding for bout towo day..i fiinally was able to load the x3_1959 bios into xbox(is that a good bios anyways?) but the problem i have now is..i have nooo i dea what to do!, i think im supposed to ad a "dashboard" dont know wich one to choose, i think avalaunch BUT most important and this is what has been driving me nuts for 10hours now..HOW do i get it into my xbox?!?!..i tried doin that qix make a cd thing ive made like 3 cds, and 4 dvds none are read! all the questions ive read in here involve the person already having a dashboard!..all i want to do is copy my games to the HDD and play them from there..i know i must sound retarded to most..but im lost guys please help...i have the xecuter3 ce thanks

You have certainly come to the right place for help too...
ok.. Go here and read up about the XBOXHQ AUTO INSTALLER DELUXE:

Once you read up on it you will understand what it does.
The AIDeluxe is a Application for your xbox which once it has been burned to a CDRW or DVD-R it will boot in your XBOX.. Then you can select from the onscreen menus using your xbox joypad what you would like to install..
It installs dashboards, emulators and tonnes of other cools apps..
Since you have already flashed your bios it sounds like your ready to BURN the AID to DISK and give it a go..

Yes, the 1959 bios is okay...it seemed pretty bug free. There are newer bios' available for that chip, but since you already have it flashed..do yourself a favor and stick with that bios.
You can always change your switch settings to another 1mb bank and flash 3029 bios to it, that way you still have the known good flash in case the 3029 flash goes south on you..
But, like forahobby said...get the AI (autoinstaller). You will thank yourself for doing so! The installer will make your life so easy. Without the installer, here's what you would have to do.
Partition your hard drive (if new)
Prepare your HD (this is adding folders to partitions, very important)
Install your dashboard manually. This would involve editing the .ini file to compensate for your file structure.
Manually install all of your applications, which could involve more .ini file tweaking.
Manually installing emulators.
Using the ai will do all of this for you...just with clicks of your controller buttons you are good to go!
