OK... I have XBox one (1.1) with an eeprom that no longer lets me play xbox live (specs are below) I have XBox two (1.6) that I can still play xbox live with because I have learned what to do and not to do. Now my question is this. Can I make a backup of the 1.6 eeprom and restore it to the 1.1 eeprom and have xbox live working again on both box's but I would guess that they both couldn't be loged into xbox live at the same time?
Please forgive me if this question is inapropriate, I didn't hack my xbox's to pirate games but to 1 protect my investment in expensive games and 2 do all that it can do. _________________ XBOX v1.6

Yea, but not 2 at once. Really, you would have to treat it as you were bringing your xlive account on mem card to a friends house. 1 at a time
First off use configmagic (easiest eeprom reader, unless your chip has one) to get your eeprom(s)
You will need to mod the 1.1 if not already modded.
Get the program Liveinfo (xliveinfo, etc.) by yoshihiro for the pc, make back ups of both eeprom backups. Load the 1.6 image, you will have lots of details. Copy the editable regions details, (the other info about the hdd at the bottom is unnecessary.) Then, close without saving, open the 1.1 eeprom image and fill in the details from the 1.6. Then save as a different, (as not to lose the original 1.1 image in case something happens.) Then use configmagic to upload the new eeprom.
Also if you were banned from live you will need to get another hdd, preferably a stock one. There is a "marriage theory" about the 1st time signing on to Xlive with your box, it marries the eeprom to the hard drive.
(you cannot use a earlier version/or later version eeprom on a different xbox.)
