ok im looking at the tutorials right now but it unclear if i have to install the lpc rebuild on my v1.6 xbox?? i need help im installing the pin header as im writing this ...please help..

You must do the LPC rebuild on the 1.6..You can use the LPC Rebuild Board you were supplied or you can do a wire rebuild.
