hey all...first i would like to say i screwed up.....im getting error 13 during boot up the only time it will boot up is if i got a store bought game in...i was having problems with my softmod box not booting to msdash...then i ftp'd over to the xbox and moved and deleted msdash.xbe, and XBox Book.xtf and Xbox.xtf....now i cant even get in to put them back..i also tried to boot with A.I.D and it wont boot off that either...please help...thank you Very Happy

First off, if you already had a softmodded box then the save game exploit should still be on the box under E:Udata, since you can still play a game on the box at boot up all you have to do is figure out which game save was used, get one of the 3 games (Splinter Cell, Mechassault, or 007: Agent Under Fire) I would start off with Splinter Cell or Mechassault as most softmods are done with one of these two games...

Now boot up the game and start the save game, it should be named "linux", if using splinter cell just go to start game, if you are using mechassault go to campaign the savegame linux file will be there. If it is in there and you run it, you will get the unleashx program to install... from here all you have to do is reapply the softmod and install evox.

After all that is complete, you should be able to run your AID disk and install your hacked dashboard of your choice, probobly back to Avalaunch... nothing else on your hdd should be erased...

i have an eror 13 for some mistake i eres e: complite can someone tell me how can i load back to the MS dash plz help can i use 007 AUF to load the SID.
