xbox ver 1 with a x3 im able to ping the xbox and my computer says it connected at 10/100 but when i ftp i get connection refused in know the password and username x3. can anyone help me connect the xbox to my computer im using a crossover cabel and used quik and flashfxp no help what am i doing wrong oh also i dont have a dash installed having problems with the xbox reading the boot disk

ok.
Cool so you can ping your xbox so its on your network already.. Open FlashFXP and create a new site..
Add this info as a new site in FLASHFXP:
connection name: xbox
ip: your xbox ip
port: 21
username: xbox
password: xbox
then connect. Turn off all your firewalls in XP or other apps until you get your connectoin.. You may just need to configure your firewall..
