Are there any TSOP flashers or softmodders that know what retail kernel I needs? I have a 1.6 version and to save me time to explain the problem read here and this will hopefully answer any questions. http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/postt5570.html

I've had problems with ms dash
on some softmoded boxes
so i would copy the ms dash files
from C:\ and put them in a folder
in apps rename the msdash.xbe file
to default.xbe, and then it works
its just as easy
to edit your current dash to
include a msdash link on the start
menu,
Sorry m8, I have no idea how usefull
that is to you though as I'm
guessing from the link you
provided that you have a chip
and would like to use the same
xbox for XBL.

Let us know a bit more about
your 1.6 and your problem
and we can try to help
you fix your problem.

does your xbox boot Games when
it is in unmodded mode?

thats the thing the only way i can play the games is when the chip is enabled, im wanting to play xbox live but my ms dash is not responding. i will go to add launch item and tsop for the retail kernal and all it will do when the xbox loads up is sit on a blank screen thats what im trying to fix.

to flash the chip with a bios what files have to be on the drive that im flashing it from. if you could please give me the name and the extension. like the .bin,.xbe etc. thanks
