How is everyone doing? I was just wnderig and it may sound stupid. But I'm trying to create a game exploit for Project Gotham Racing by using hexeditor and seeing the difference between other exploits. But since I can't transfer the file to HDD because of dashboard error 13. Is it possible I can run it from the Memory Card/ USB? How do they do it? Anybody help me out for we can make things easier for softmodding espcially for those who can't access the dashboard.

The only 3 games that are exploitable are 007:Agent Under Fire (this one can boot off of a mem card), Splinter Cell, and MechAssault (these two have to be on the hard drive).

The softmodding exploits have been tried with pretty much every game out there, these are the only two that have it.

Thanks alot sjohn. I'm going to go buy 007. Can it be the platinum hit? Or the orginal? So after I dowload the 007 exploit to my Memory Card (Flash Drive) it will boot automatically? Oh and will it install a dashboard again?

Well what you'll have to have is the Original 007, can't be plat hits or anything like that.

Just load the save to the mem card, then load it in the game, you won't actually be able to install the softmod there, you'll just have ftp access. You'll need to ftp into the xbox and copy the files from the softmod package to e:\udata, so that it will work.
