A week ago, my buddy opened up config magic on my xbox and first backed up the eeprom. Then he fiddled with some video settings i believe and since then, my xbox has not been working properly. It wont even boot up. i see the green flubber thingy, then i just get these red lines on the top half of my screen and nothing else. It just hangs there. So i was thinking, could i connect my xbox HDD to my PC and replace the eeprom file with the backed up one? would that work?
How would i accomplish this? Is there a program that will read by XBOX file type on the PC?
Can anyone help please?

Does anybody have any clue what i can do?
Can i re-soft-mod my xbox? is that possible in this case?
I dont care if my files on it get deleted....i just want it to work?
any ideas? anyone?
