Hey all,
A while back, I bought my (56 year old) Dad an Xbox and a cheapie remote so he could watch DVDs. Then, this past fall, I got an Xecuter 2.3 Lite installed for him.
Now, do you think he should be able to control playback of media (through the XBMC) via the cheapie (non-MSFT) remote? I tried it once and it didn't work, so I just assumed it wouldn't. But I want to be sure....
Thanks!
John

I did see in one of the XBMC manuals info on using the controller and/or remote. I am almost positive I saw something on that.
Try looking for some XBMC manuals for keymapping and such.

Not to thread crap, but isn't it crazy how the remote control has virtually changed our lives.
How many people here have sat and watched something that they never would in a million years all because the remote control was not in arms reach or you couldn't find it!!
I got an invention! A remote to find your remote!! _________________ Good Deals: Death@Hand, funkydopenloven, StaticMind, Slamscaper, PorscheXboxter
