Is there a specific way to launch the Cromwell Bios in a Xenium chip. I read that you should see a screen that says " please insert cd" but I have never seen that screen.

Cromwell is a bios, just like X2 4983, M8, M7 etc...

To lauch Cromwell bios you would need to flash the chip with a cromwell bios. But, why would you want to run a legal bios on your Xenium Ice? Unless of course the only thing you want to do is install Linux and not run your backups, launch your hacked dashboards, applications, emulators, etc...

A legal bios is pretty much like running the MS Bios. Your hands are pretty tied at what you can do.
