here is a screen shot of my trasfer speeds ,
Notice ....some games that have a few thousand of small files take very long time to transfer with FTP , im gonna make a list of those games whenever i get some time , its better if you rip those from dvd then transfer them with ftp

i use the onboard lan 100/1000 (but it doesnt matter couse i was getting close to the same speeds with my 10/100 netgear FA310TX lan card,)
with linksys BEFSR41 router on DHCP
the dashboard is uleashx (updated to the latest version)

grrr exact same router, Win XP Pro with SP2, 10/100 NIC, Qwix and Avalaunch and i average 2000 Kb's. i found a driver update for the NIC from a 3rd party but nothing from either pc manufacturer, nic manufacter, or MB manu, (is onboard NIC) think i should give the third party a try? and is there differences in Cat5 cable? or is it all the same?
