I am curious to how many people got the 1.6b machines yet, and how many members have one. Not that I mod hundreds of machines a month but I do my fair share.
I opened up one just now and the DVD to Mobo cabling was all red except for one wire, and the cabling from eject/power to mobo was all brown but one wire, thought for sure I was about to stumble upon a 1.6b.
But, it has the Samsung chips not the Hynix.
Was just curious how rare this machine is.

MS have 5 places that make them, I guess only one of them has run out of samsung ram yet. I have only ever come accross 3 of them.
