I have just downloaded xbox-hq AI 1.0 & realized I have a xbox-hq AI 1.3 already. I also found an evox 2.6.
Which one is most up to date? What are the major differences? Emulators,Apps, or just more up to date apps? _________________ LED Rings $6 (doesnt include LEDs) LED ring pic

I think the 1.3 AI is more up to date than the Slayers 2.6 is...even though the 2.6 came out after the 1.3, however, you need to get your hands on the new
Autoinstaller Deluxe 1.0. You need to download via Bit Torrent. It is sheer awesomeness. Comparing AI Deluxe and ever other installer in the WORLD is like comparing Windows XP Pro Media Center Edition 2005 to Windows 3.1.... it just isn't fair.
Once you grab the torrent file, it should only take you about six hours to download. I would be there are a lot more people seeding the thing too, so that will make it go quicker. There isn't any direct downloads that I know of for it, so you have to get via bit torrent.
If you want it burned on disk give me a yell and I'll send you a disk. I just got this week when it was released... So I can burn it on a DVD-R for you so it's ready to go.

Well, hopefully you aren't confusing the Emulator AI 1.0 with the Autoinstaller Deluxe 1.0.
First, DJB came out with Xbox-HQ Autoinstaller 1.2
Then came Xbox-HQ Autoinstaller 1.3
Then came Emulator Autoinstaller 1.0
and, now there is AutoInstaller Deluxe 1.0
As you can see, Autoinstaller Deluxe has a different name. They dropped the Xbox-HQ name in hopes that other sites won't snub it due to brandishing the HQ name. So, it is the very first release of this particular installer and that is the reason it is a 1.0 and not a 1.4 or higher.
If he would have upgraded the Xbox-HQ 1.3 then you are correct, it would have higher version number. But the Xbox-HQ AI's are a thing of the past. The aid10.iso is the installer you want to use.
What's nice about the new aid10.iso is it incorporates both the emulator autoinstaller and the evox/application installer. So now, I don't need to use two disks when configuring a machine. Also, the applications have been updated. There are more dashboards to choose from. It's just a better AI all the way around.
I am making a point to take all of my machines that I own and wipe them clean. Going to use the new AI. Let me know if you ever need copies of the roms that are on your machine. You should FPT them to your PC and burn them to data disks for storage. Then you can wipe your entire HD clean and check out this awesome AI.
Take note though. The roms that I FTP'd into your machine took several hours to do.
later bud.

Just format C drive. You can use the file manager included to delete files from other drives without having to fully format it (this saves your games and game saves this way)...

That's why I said you can use the file manager to delete the old apps, or yes you can just overwrite them. _________________ LED Rings $6 (doesnt include LEDs) LED ring pic

Oops my bad !!
Sorry jiggysmb, I went to take a quote from your last message and I accidently went to edit (I'm a moderator so the edit button is right next to the quote button).
But like I said, you can use the file manager to delete the old apps, or yes you can just overwrite them.
My apologies.
