Hello, I am a new person to modding and me and my friend installed the Xenium 3 mod chip. Unfouratnely we don't remember how to put the controller ports back together. I think we accedently unplugged them. Could someone please tell me how to put them back together that someone not very talented with xboxes could perform? Thanks in advanced.

There is not such thing as a Xenium 3...do you mean X3 as in Xecuter 3?

The controller ports just pop into their place and then two screws hold them in. See this picture:

This is just an old case I have laying around with a Power Supply in it, no motherboard. I circled the area where the controller port slides into, see next photo:

Once the port is in place, insert the two screws. I circled the area the screws go in with red outline.

Finally, take the end of the controller port and plug it into the motherboard. I took a shot of a 1.0 motherboard. The port that the controller plugs into is on the daughterboard. If you motherboad doesn't have this, just look near the controller port for the white port that the controller plugs into.

I hope that helped, it's not real hard to do so you should be okay.

Thanks man...when I do that I always have this fear as I am spending the forty minutes or so taking pics, cropping them, uploading to server, then bang it out on the keyboard that once I hit submit I'll see a new post from the member saying, "Nevermind I got it"...LOL

Dude, nobody is saying you are retarded...just look at the picture of the motherboard...and where the plug is...I said to just plug it in...

I don't know how much more help I can give you to plug something in other than drive to your house and do it for you.

The picture I took has the daughterboard. To the left of the daughterboard you will see a white port. Just plug the white connector at the end of the wiring harness that is on the controller port into the port on the daughterboard. They have little notches so you can't plug it in wrong. If it doesn't fit right, turn it around the other way and it should go in. I figured you had it already.
