Whats a good program for extracting an Xbox DVD on your PC so you can FTP it over?

it"s usually done the other way. dump the disk to xbox then ftp to your pc then create the iso. if i read your question right. i prefer qwix myself for making the iso and dvd to xbox to dump the disk. As far as I know you cant get your pc cdrom/dvdrom to read an xbox disk

the only reason I asked is, I have a game that the Xbox wont init. but the PC DVD rom will, kinda like the disc is dirty but its not.

you probably have a Thompson drive huh? I have the same problem...have to put the disk in a dozen times to get it going.
