The ISO is fine. Bootsector size 4 and no emulation is proper. Same with the size of the ISO. Just be sure to burn it @8x with Imgburn to a quality DVD-r (rite-k brand preferably. Verbatim, Maxell, Memorex and TDK are all made by Rite-K and work fine)

Since this s an HDD upgrade hook up the HDD Primary IDE as master, pop in the disc and boot the PC. Pick option 1, then pick option 1 at the next screen. Now just type yes and hit enter until it says its done. Now pick option 8 and reboot. Now pick #3 when it boots, type lockhd -a When it asks if you are sure type y. Then power off the PC pop the HDD in the XBOX and enjoy.

Depending on your BIOS when you lock the HDD you may get an error message. If you do reboot the PC go into BIOS and disable auto detection on the primary IDE (some BIOS will have it as switching between Auto and Manual, Manual=Disabled). If it doesnt have that option boot HDM with just the power no IDE going to the HDD. Now right before picking option 3 plug the IDE in.

And heres a ShadowC vid on my PC. Same as what you saw (only I said no to emus to make a quick vid and upload)
