I am Glad I found you Guys. I have an issue and I am confused on how to proceed. I could have bought a premodded Xbox butI decided that Icould handle doing the mods myself.
My Xbox is a V 1.5 with a xenium chip. I have the Evox bios and a few apps installed. I originally replaced the Xbox HD with a WD 120gig hd and I thought there would be enough room. I was wrong. really wrong.
I bought a 200gig Hd and have been trying to determine the best way to proceed. I want to remove the 120 gig HD, move all the data to the 200gig HD and install the 200gig in the Xbox without any reloading of the Games I have stored. I was hoping there was a way to use norton's ghost. Is there a way that does not require me copying the drive over my Network then back again??? I just want to replace the 120 with a 200 and have everything still working.
Any help please.

Use Xeniums HD Swap option.
All you have to do is get your 200GB HD and change the jumper to Slave. Disco the DVD Rom drive from the IDE cable and connect it to the 200GB HD. You will also need a y splitter with two power molex connector ends so you can power up both the 120GB HD and the 200 GB HD.
You remove the power cable from the 120 GB HD that is still connected and in the carriage. Plut it into the one end of the y splitter (radio shack has them for 5.99) and the other end into the 200GB HD that you have connected and laying ontop of the DVD rom drive.
Once you have everything connected, you can use the Xenium OS menu to swap the contents of the 120GB HD to the 200GB HD. Just make sure that before you take out the 120GB from the carriage and screw in the 200GB that you switch the jumper back to cable select.
That should be enough info to get your started if you are still interested in xferring all th data. I don't know of any other way besides FTP'ing everything you want to save to your PC then FTP back into the new HD. But, you have to have about 100GB available on your PC.
