I downloaded it from here: http://xbmc.org/download/

It installed correctly and all, though I think I remember seeing a video where someone had their library set up like a movie theater. I mean instead of text it showed a picture of the movie and you could select it and play it.

You could also play your Emulators and Roms from it, so can you do that easy or do you need a skin or something?

DJB who makes the Auto Installer Deluxe also releases a windows version fo XBMC.. Maybe you could check it out, i have no doubt it will support roms and addons just like his other projects.
