I need to add packs to my iso...

i already use the aid iso updater, but when i add all the packs and the iso is finally updated, its about the same size of the original aid iso file... then i open the new created iso, but i cant see any differences between this and the original... please help me.
I see this video (http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-296.html) and Ill do it the same way... but nothing works, I have windows 7 32 bits and the AID 4.53...
