I am a newbie...so new that I have no idea what a modchip is or what a modded xbox is. I found this site while searching for a way to rename saved game files on my xbox. When I first started using it, I did not know one could save more than one game on a profile, so I put the subsequent plays (Fable III) on USB stick drives. Doing that caused xbox to name them all as save 1. Now I want to move them back to the xbox HD but can't do it since they will overwrite the original one with the same name.

I would like to know if BoXplorer works on the XBox 360. If so, do I need a VIP membership to get this one file? I can't imagine that I will ever do the technical stuff that the rest of you seem to be doing. It seems way beyond me. If I do get the BoXplorer app. I will need clear and basic instructions on how to get it to the xbox console and make it work.

I would really appreciate any tips anyone can give me. I especially need to know if the program will work on the XBox 360 before I pay to download it. Fable III is the first video game I have played so I really don't know all the lingo or technology of serious gamers.

Thanks for letting me join. I hope this file is what I need for renaming my xbox files.

I could be wrong on this but I believe boxplorer was an XBOX1 only program, also even if it does work on 360 you would need to JTAG it before you could use it since its unsigned homebrew code
