hi guys,
as above says i am having problems with the above programs.it all started with the summer update a few weeks back.i can transfer the contents of my 360 hdd to my pc when using the above programs,but when i go to copy the files back both programs crash.
downloaded the latest version of each program,tried it on a different pc,both different operating systems,but problem still occurs.anyone elese having this problem and does anyone know of a fix to correct this.b4 the update eveything worked grand on both pcs using both programs.
