I was intending to install SID 4.5 on totally unmoded cosole. Put xbox on as normal checked system info which was version 1.00.5960.01. Put original burnout revenge in drive, clicked start and game froze at save/load screen. Turned off console and put memory card in controller then restarted and after microsoft start-up screen got red/green flashing lights and error code 13. Tried with memory card out and different games in drive and got same lights but error code 21.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

error code 13 means that it cant find the ms dashboard and error code 21 means that it could be anything. i fixed a problem like this before with my hardmodded xbox, by using AID 4.4. since yours is not modded i am stumped but i guess that you could try getting another hdd for your xbox (make sure its locked) or if you know a friend with a hardmodded xbox, use theirs, put ur hdd in and use AID or your SID thing and get it reformatted, plus you can get a new dashboard. sorry i couldnt be more helpful.

Nine times out of ten the error 13 and 20 are fixed with the dash update found on newer live games, since you cant seem to boot a game you fall in the 10 range of you might need a chip.
