Alright I moded my xbox and now I cant watch DVDs on the damn thing. Im getting frusterated. Ive seen stuff on this Media Center all over the web but am having trouble locating it. And then when I find it im sure I will have trouble putting it on my xbox. Im ready to have my DVD player back im tired of watching my old video tapes. Help would be much appreciated!

Ok.. Sounds like you need to download a AUTOINSTALLER for your xbox.
A Autoinstaller is a .iso file which you burn to DVD-R or CDRW and boot in your modded xbox with the chip activated..
You can install XBMC and many other apps directly from the interface using your xbox joypad.. You will love it.
Anyway, Its called the 'XBOX HQ AUTOINSTALLER v1.3final'. Its packed with all the latest apps etc.. You can download it for free in our Bittorrent section here: (search)

We have a .PDF tutorial available with screenshots which will walk you through the process of how to use the autoinstaller.
Alright I got xbmc on the xbox and working. This is the coolest thing in the world, I dont know how I ever lived without it. Now I can watch pawn that I download on the internet on my TV. I never thought Id see the day. I figured it out before I read your reply so I didnt get to use the autoinstaller but I will check into it.
It seems like there might be other wonderful expansions that I can add to my xbox that I have not yet found. Any good suggestions from anybody. Right now I mainly burn games and just got media center on. To think all these years without a moded system, what a fool I was!

use the autoinstaller to install all the other apps individually..
I would suggest loading DVD2XBOX or PXHDDLOADER Application onto your xbox.. This will allow you to backup GAMES/DVDMOVIES from the xbox DVDROM DRIVE to the xbox HDD..
How did you install your XBMC on your Xbox? I've got a softmodded xbox and a copy of XBMC on my computer, but I don't know where to put it and how to make it show up under Apps on my Evox menu.
