My system started acting up about a month ago with various red rings (had 1, 2, and 3) and five different 4-digit codes. I attempted to repair it myself, and then brought it to three different to attempt to fix it. Couldn't figure out what was wrong. So much for their "I can fix anything anytime anwhere!" ads on Craigslist. I bought a new 60 GB on cash from Walmart. I want to know, if I were to swap the insides out (using the hair dryer trick to remove the warranty label safely), what would be noticed? I see the receipt states the S/N, as well as the case. My options there are to either swap the sticker with the S/N, or to rip off the decals off my 360, clean it up, and swap the systems back again, and stick my old system in the box with the warranty label on it.
Is there anything on the motherboard that they could use to figure out the owner, or would they be able to trace the new 360 in any way? I do play on Live.

First of all man this site is for xbox 1 not the 360 so you want this site: http://www.360-hq.com/ and use the same user name and pass.
What your asking about is a way to rip off Microsoft so i would think you will not get much help with this post.
Any one who tries to answer this post will have there post removed so let it be, this is not an XBOX-HQ question.
