I am lost. What is the difference between Friendtech MC vs Gentoox MC?

Which one has better performance Friendtech MC, Gentoox MC and XBMC?

never heard of friendtech , gentoox is a linux version , will prabably only run under genoox linux ,

xbmc is what you should use ,
its stable , and i think they are about to release version 1.0 if they havent yet ,

xbmc is good stuff
