Hi guys,
I recently got a hold of an xbox 360 from a friend of mine that was soft modded, and I would like to restore this xbox to factory default settings. Can anyone point me in the right direction to the best way to do this?
I just started doing the research on how to go about this right now, so forgive me if some of my questions are obvious, but I figured if anyone knows offhand then this would be a good place to post.
How can I tell which cracked firmware version is currently running on my xbox? Does it matter if all I want is to restore to factory default?
Can I just burn AID, load it into the xbox then restore? I'm hoping it's that easy but if its not what else is required?
If there are any links to tutorials etc let me know.

I'm confused about this, you have a 360 with flashed firmware and you want to unmod it right? All questions about the 360 should be asked here:www.360-hq.com. You can use your same username and password to long onto that site so you don't need to make a new account. _________________
